Who: I'm Gopika and I'll be your guide through this journey. I've been meditating for 10 years, teaching and training in advanced practice for 6, and on an infinite journey to bring the tools that have transformed my life to you. My extensive study in Buddhist philosophy, over 1000 hours of training, and experience teaching meditation and yoga to an array of different communities allow me to curate a powerful experience for all levels.

Exchange: Sliding scale of $125-$250 for the entire 8 weeks.
What does that mean? Making meditation accessible is important! So I offer a range to help make it available.
